During your session...

You’ll be welcomed into a serene space where everything is provided — mats, blankets, pillows, and eye masks. Just bring an open mind and wear comfortable clothing.

After a brief introduction and clear, supportive guidance, you’ll be led through just over an hour of deep, music-supported breathwork while lying comfortably on the floor. The session unfolds at a steady, supported pace, allowing you to settle into your own experience. You are always in control of your experience and can pause or return to a natural breath whenever you need.

As the breathing completes, there is time to gently return, share if you wish, and receive a thoughtful debrief. No prior experience is necessary — just a willingness to breathe.
