How to Work with Your Question
Hold the question like a breath.
Don’t rush to answer.
Let it rest in your field—
like a breath held in quiet stillness.
Let the breath complete itself:
Inhale the question.
Hold it gently, without tension.
Exhale what arises.
Rest.
Return to it, again and again—
over hours, or days.

Notice What Changes
The answer may not come as words.
It may arrive as a shift in feeling,
a softening,
a release,
or a quiet clarity.
Let the question work on you,

A Simple Practice
Ask:
“What am I ready to receive without resistance?”
Then let it go.
Move through your day and notice—
what shows up,
what you’re drawn to,
how you respond.
This is part of your answer.

Write the question at the top of a page.

Then write—
words, images, fragments, feelings.

Return to it daily
until something within you feels complete.
